By downloading, installing, or using Sill, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Sill.

1. Sill 提供的服务 1. The Sill Service

Sill 是一款 macOS 效率工具，将本机文件与内容管理、日常组件和工具放在一起，可在 Island 及支持的其他位置使用。部分可选功能可能需要兼容的 macOS 版本、网络连接或第三方服务。

Sill is a macOS utility combining local files and content management with everyday components and tools on the Island and other supported surfaces. Some optional features may require a compatible macOS version, an internet connection, or third-party services.

2. 使用许可 2. License and Acceptable Use

在您遵守本条款和适用的 App Store 条款的前提下，我们授予您个人、有限、非独占、不可转让且可撤销的 Sill 使用许可。您不得滥用服务、绕过安全或付费机制、干扰服务运行，或违反适用法律使用 Sill。

Subject to these Terms and applicable App Store terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sill. You may not misuse the service, bypass security or payment controls, disrupt the service, or use Sill in violation of applicable law.

3. 您的内容与责任 3. Your Content and Responsibilities

您保留对暂存在 Sill 中内容的权利，并负责确保自己有权存储和使用这些内容。Sill 不是备份服务；请自行保留重要文件的可靠备份，并妥善保护您的 Mac 与系统账号。

You retain your rights in content placed in Sill and are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and use it. Sill is not a backup service. Keep reliable backups of important files and protect access to your Mac and system accounts.

4. 试用与购买身份 4. Trial and Purchase Identity

Sill 不提供账号或登录。可使用 App Store 账号领取免费的“7 天试用”商品，原始交易日期起 7 天内体验 Pro。试用不是订阅，不会自动续费或扣费；到期回落 Free，保留已有内容与设置。试用和永久购买均可在设置 > Sill Pro 中恢复。

Sill does not offer an account or sign-in. Claim the free “7-day Trial” item with your App Store account to use Pro for seven days from the original transaction date. The trial is not a subscription and never renews or charges automatically. At expiration, Sill returns to Free and keeps your content and settings. Restore the trial or permanent purchase in Settings > Sill Pro.

5. 购买与退款 5. Purchases and Refunds

Sill Free 包含 Apps、Files、时钟、天气，以及 Island 外观、布局、快捷键和显示位置等基础设置。Sill Pro 提供置物、Note、剪贴板、翻译、番茄钟、照片与岛上伙伴、内置动态背景与自定义图片背景，并提供敏感内容保护和图片、PDF 文字搜索。World Landmarks 背景包包含在 Pro 与有效试用中。其他扩展包有各自的可用范围与购买条件，Sill Pro 不自动解锁全部扩展包。Sill Pro 是一次性非消耗型购买，不要求 Sill 账号。交易和退款由 Apple App Store 按其规则处理，购买可在 App 内通过 Apple 恢复。使用 App Store 账号可领取免费的“7 天试用”商品，原始交易日期起计算 7 天；试用不是订阅，不会自动续费或扣费。实际价格、当前功能范围和购买条件以 App 内展示为准；除适用法律或 Apple 政策另有要求外，我们不直接处理退款。

Sill Free includes Apps, Files, Clock, Weather, and basic Island appearance, layout, shortcut, and display-placement settings. Sill Pro adds Shelf, Note, Clipboard, Translate, Pomodoro, Photo, companions, included living backgrounds and custom image backgrounds, sensitive-content protection, and image/PDF text search. The World Landmarks background pack is included with Pro and an active trial. Other extension packs have their own availability and purchase terms; Sill Pro does not automatically unlock every extension pack. Sill Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase and does not require a Sill account. Apple processes transactions and refunds under App Store rules, and purchases can be restored through Apple in the app. Claim the free “7-day Trial” item with your App Store account; access lasts seven days from the original transaction date and it is not a subscription and does not renew or charge automatically. Local pricing, the current feature scope, and purchase terms are shown in the app. We do not process refunds directly except where required by applicable law or Apple policy.

6. 更新与服务变更 6. Updates and Service Changes

Sill 通过 Mac App Store 分发和更新。我们可能更新、改进、暂停或停止部分功能，以维护安全性、兼容性和产品质量。我们会在合理可行的情况下避免影响您对本地内容的访问，但无法保证所有功能始终无中断或无错误。

Sill is distributed and updated through the Mac App Store. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, and product quality. Where reasonably practical, we will avoid disrupting access to local content, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. 免责声明与责任限制 7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Sill 按“现状”和“可用”状态提供，不作未明确列出的保证。对于间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失，以及因未保留备份、第三方服务或超出我们合理控制范围的事件导致的损失，我们不承担责任。本条不排除法律不得限制的责任。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sill is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or losses caused by missing backups, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. 终止 8. Termination

您可以随时停止使用并卸载 Sill。如果您严重违反本条款，我们可以限制或终止相关在线服务的访问。终止不会自动删除您 Mac 上由系统保留的本地文件；您仍应自行管理本地数据。

You may stop using and uninstall Sill at any time. We may restrict or terminate access to related online services for material violations of these Terms. Termination does not automatically remove local files retained by macOS; you remain responsible for managing local data.

9. 条款变更 9. Changes to These Terms

我们可能更新本条款，并在本页面标注新的更新日期。重大变更将在合理可行的情况下通过网站、应用内提示或其他适当方式说明。变更生效后继续使用 Sill，即表示您接受更新后的条款。

We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date on this page. Where reasonably practical, material changes will be communicated through the website, in-app notices, or another appropriate method. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
